Vanessa Silva is a Freelance Trusts & Estates Paralegal in the Bay Area who provides trust, estate, probate and tax services to attorneys and law firms.  She has  over 15 yers of extensive experience in preparing fiduciary accountings, probate filings, asset allocations, estate and gift tax returns and related work. Her paralegal qualifications exceed the requirements established as of Jan. 1, 2001 under California B&P Code Sec. 6450 et seq.

Depending on the needs of the attorney, Vanessa can work on-site or from her home office, using the latest software, including a variety of specialized legal programs.
